Receita (I) - Nthochi Banana Bread / Pão de Banana
> Margarina, 1 / 2 xícara
> 1 xícara de açúcar
> 2 xícaras de farinha
> 1 ovo
> 1 xícara de leite
> 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
> 1 colher de chá de sal
> 5 bananas maduras, esmagadas
Preparo
1- Unte uma forma rectangular bem. Pré-aqueça o forno a 325 ° F [160 º C].
Creme a margarina com o açúcar. Acrescente o ovo.
2- Adicione a farinha, sal, fermento em pó, leite e banana. Despeje em pão e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 1 hora. Esfrie bem e fatia.

400 g flour
1 egg
250 ml milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 bananas, ripe, peeled and mashed
